Our Beginning.
Their Growth.
In our Early Childhood Program, children ages 2–5 are nurtured through play, inquiry, and Mandarin immersion—building the confidence, curiosity, and superpowers that will guide their lifelong learning.

At Shu Ren, we welcome children ages 2 to 5 into a joyful, 100% Mandarin immersion environment led by native Mandarin-speaking teachers. From the very start, children are surrounded by language and culture, nurturing curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning.
Beginning at age 3, students also embark on the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP), an internationally recognized framework used by leading schools around the world. Through play, exploration, and inquiry-based activities, teachers guide children to ask questions, make discoveries, and reflect on their learning in meaningful ways.
We believe in developing the whole child, which means academics and social-emotional growth go hand in hand. Children learn how to express themselves, manage emotions, build resilience, and develop empathy and collaboration—skills that are just as important as literacy, numeracy, and Mandarin fluency.
Subjects such as Mandarin, Math, and Science are integrated into transdisciplinary units of inquiry, where children work independently and together on projects that celebrate both the process of learning and the outcome. Over the 36-week school year, students engage in four dynamic units that spark creativity, wonder, and confidence as lifelong learners.
