Our Activities.
Their Adventures.
The Shu Ren experience goes beyond the classroom with co-curricular programs and extended day options that nurture the whole child. From arts and athletics to language and cultural enrichment, students discover passions and build confidence every day.

At Shu Ren, our House system is inspired by Confucius’ Four Teachings (孔子四教)—Wen (文: Learning), Xing (行: Action), Zhong (忠: Loyalty), and Xin (信: Integrity). These timeless values guide our students in cultivating both character and intellect, encouraging them to pursue knowledge with curiosity, act with responsibility, remain loyal to their community, and uphold honesty in all they do. All staff and students across every grade level are part of one of the four Houses, fostering connections that span the entire school. Through a variety of House activities, students not only build school spirit and teamwork but also bring these core principles to life in meaningful ways, growing as global citizens who lead with wisdom and compassion.
At Shu Ren, our mascot, the Stallion, embodies the spirit and values we nurture in our students—strength, courage, and resilience. Just as a stallion charges forward with determination, our community is inspired to pursue knowledge boldly, overcome challenges, and support one another with unwavering loyalty. The Stallion serves as a symbol of our commitment to growth, excellence, and the fearless pursuit of dreams, reminding every student to embrace their potential and stride confidently toward the future.

Student Council
The Shu Ren Student Council plays a crucial role in representing the voices of elementary students, fostering community, and supporting school life. As a bridge between students and staff, council members share ideas and concerns, help organize school events, promote spirit and inclusion, and support fundraisers or service projects. They are expected to lead by example with positive attitudes, respect, responsibility, teamwork, and enthusiasm. Guided by the values of integrity, empathy, fairness, and service, student council members demonstrate strong character as they work to improve the school for everyone. Through clear communication and collaboration, they act as role models who inspire kindness, school pride, and meaningful participation.

Vacation Camps
Shu Ren’s Vacation Camps offer a fun, engaging way for your child to keep growing in Mandarin—whether it’s continuing their progress or simply spending quality time with friends in a welcoming, academic setting.
During camp, students experience full Mandarin immersion that goes far beyond the traditional classroom. They actively learn by interacting with peers of different ages in a close-knit environment, discovering language and concepts that connect to their everyday lives. By the end of the week, your child will feel more confident and ready to communicate with the wider Mandarin-speaking community.
