Iris Xie 解亚平

Ms. Iris Xie is originally from Shenyang, Liaoning, China, and holds a degree in Information Technology Application and Management from Nanjing University of Science and Technology. She has completed coursework in early childhood education and training in Positive Discipline and Parent Effectiveness Training. Before joining Shu Ren, Iris taught Mandarin at a Mandarin immersion school, where she gained experience in bilingual and inquiry-based education. She enjoys bringing creativity and warmth to the classroom through storytelling, picture books, songs, and hands-on activities. Iris believes in guiding children with kindness and consistency and creating a joyful, nurturing environment where they can grow and thrive.
