Xiaoqing (Carrie) Tang

Carrie came to the United States after high school and earned a bachelor’s degree in Linguistics from UCLA and a master’s degree in TESOL from San Francisco State University. She has completed 15 units of Early Childhood Education coursework and continues to pursue additional training in the field. Before joining Shu Ren, Carrie worked in a preschool and with a nonprofit organization. Now in her seventh year of working in early childhood education, she enjoys building connections with young children and witnessing their growth and development. She is passionate about creating a supportive environment where children feel encouraged to learn, explore, and thrive.
