Abigail (Abby) He

Ms. Abby brings 15 years of dance teaching experience and a lifelong passion for the performing arts to Shu Ren. She began dancing at age four and pursued professional training from the age of eleven. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music Performance (Dance) from Chongqing Normal University and a Master of Education from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. As the former Founder and Artistic Director of Bay Area Dance Academy, she combines her extensive artistic experience with an international educational perspective and expertise in dance, music, and integrated arts education. Ms. Abby believes children learn best when learning is joyful and engaging. Through modeling, collaboration, games, and music, she creates dynamic learning experiences that inspire students to explore, express themselves, and build confidence.
